Domestic Shipping Policy Processing Time
Items are usually ship within 2-5 business days depending on the items. Shipping is free. All items are deliver by the top leading carriers such as FedEX UPS USPS DHL. Base on the shipment method such as standard, overnight, two day shipping there will be an increase in rates only if the item is needed in a faster timeframe. Shipping rates, shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
N Home Needs currently do not ship to addresses in the U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. That allows you to track your package to get an estimated time of delivery.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Return Policy
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving the package for returns. All items must be returned in unused condition with original box/packaging, including manufacturer tags, parts, and accessories.
Exchanges will be placed as a new order.
There will be an assessed of 15-20% restocking fee.
Items that was refused and if the order is returned to our distribution center and there was no error on our part, than your item can be considered returned and you will be refunded minus a 15% or 20% restocking fee depending on the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns are for refund only. Replacement product must be ordered again as a new order with a new order number and will include freight and handling charges.
A return label will be provided if determined damaged/defective/mis-shipped.
Please note that if the package is refused, undeliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, the credit will be minus original shipping, return fees, and restocking.
